Tenderez Additional Terms

These Additional Terms apply specifically to Tenderez and supplement the Company's general Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between these terms and the general Terms, these Additional Terms govern solely with respect to Tenderez.

1. About Tenderez

Tenderez is a procurement intelligence platform that aggregates, indexes, organizes, and presents information relating to public and private procurement opportunities, tenders, requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotations (RFQs), auctions, and similar notices.

The platform is intended to assist users in discovering and monitoring procurement opportunities.

2. Information Sources

Information displayed on Tenderez may originate from:

  • Government portals

  • Public procurement systems

  • Corporate procurement portals

  • Official notices

  • Publicly available datasets

  • Information provided by authorized third parties

The originating organization remains the authoritative source for procurement information.

3. Verification

Users are responsible for independently verifying:

  • Eligibility requirements

  • Submission deadlines

  • Tender documents

  • Amendments

  • Corrigenda

  • Contact information

  • Bid procedures

  • Contract terms

before submitting bids or relying on information available through the Service.

4. Alerts

Tenderez may provide notifications, saved searches, watchlists, email alerts, or similar features.

Alerts are provided as a convenience only.

We do not guarantee that every procurement opportunity or update will generate an alert.

5. Availability

Procurement opportunities may be modified, extended, withdrawn, cancelled, or replaced by the issuing authority at any time.

Updates may not appear immediately on the platform.

6. User Responsibility

Users remain solely responsible for:

  • Preparing submissions

  • Meeting deadlines

  • Communicating with procurement authorities

  • Evaluating opportunities

  • Conducting due diligence

Use of Tenderez does not create any relationship between the Company and any procurement authority.

7. No Representation

Listing an opportunity on Tenderez does not imply:

  • Endorsement

  • Verification

  • Recommendation

  • Sponsorship

  • Approval

of any procurement opportunity or issuing organization.
